Senior Care Centres

PCS Senior Care Centres (SSC) provide full-day care programmes for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 60 and above, aiming to promote ageing in place. The centres offer a secure environment with activities designed to enhance memory, social interaction, music engagement, and maintenance of daily living activities. Using the PCS MDC Individualised Care Plan, the centres provide maintenance exercises and regimental activities to stimulate mental and physical health, helping to prevent or delay cognitive decline. The centres also support frail and/or physically disabled seniors, improve their general well-being, and provide respite and support to their families and caregivers. Meals and transport (with additional charges) are provided at various locations operating Monday to Friday, with some centres open on Saturdays.
