CREST SS @REACH offers a Caregiver Support Group for caregivers of individuals with dementia or depression.
This group provides:

- Self-care support
The Care Circle meets monthly on Saturday mornings.
An elder-sitting service is available for seniors with mild to moderate dementia or depressive symptoms, allowing caregivers to attend the group.
