Counselling

The T Project provides professional peer counselling services for adults addressing a range of personal and identity-related issues in a confidential and supportive environment. Sessions are available by appointment and aim to be affordable and accessible.

Overview

The T Project offers professional peer counselling services conducted by trained social service professionals in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. The counselling addresses issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity, family and partner relationships, personal challenges such as coping with school, National Service, employment, partner violence, bereavement, and loss. Sessions last 45 minutes and are available to individuals aged 18 and above, with provisions for those under 18 to attend with a parent or legal guardian. The service charges a fee but offers affordability options for those in financial need. Referrals are accepted from partner organizations, and clients can also self-refer by filling out a counselling form. The T Project is Singapore's first trans-led organisation supporting the homeless transgender community.
