Active Ageing Centres (AAC) provide seniors with:

AACs also:

Refer seniors to community care and support services when needed

What you receive
Eligibility details
Seniors under the care of the AAC, especially those living alone, with limited social support, caring for someone with high care needs, or experiencing limited social interaction due to physical or cognitive impairment.
How to apply
Seniors can drop in at the AAC for activities or contact the centre for buddying/befriending services. Outreach is conducted via posters, events, and community engagement. Referrals to other organisations are made as needed.
