Care Corner Project StART Protection Specialist Centre offering integrated services for individuals and families affected by family violence.
Services include:
- Confidential consultations
- Counselling
- Case management
- Group work sessions
- Assistance with Personal Protection Order (PPO) applications
Our aim: To promote safe interactions and healthy relationships by supporting:
- Victims
- Individuals using violence
- Vulnerable family members

What you receive
Eligibility details
Individuals and families affected by family violence, including victims, individuals using violence, and vulnerable family members who witnessed abuse (e.g., children and elderly).
How to apply
Call 6476 1482 (weekdays 10am – 1pm, 2pm – 5pm; except public holidays) or email projectstart@carecorner.org.sg for consultation, counselling, or PPO application assistance. For PPO, you may also head down to the Family Justice Courts.
