SIWEC’s Family Support Services provide casework, financial aid, food support, information, and referrals to help families in Singapore facing financial and emotional challenges. The service connects families to government schemes and mental health/counselling services as needed.

Eligibility details

Families in Singapore experiencing financial, emotional, or social challenges. Priority is given to families in need who may benefit from direct aid, food support, and/or navigation of government schemes.

How to apply

Submit a request for assistance via the SIWEC website (Family Support Services page). Alternatively, download and complete the Family Support Referral Form, or contact SIWEC by emailing info@siwec.org or calling +65 6299 9234 for guidance and intake.
