- Access is a Singapore social mobility charity that provides career exposure and development programmes for disadvantaged students.
- Programmes include a two-month Fellowship for tertiary students with masterclasses and industry mentorship, a half-day Pathways introduction to diverse careers, a multi-session case challenge (ACE!) with mentor guidance, and structured mentorship cycles.
- Participants gain exposure to different industries, guidance on career planning, mentor support, and hands-on opportunities to build workplace and problem-solving skills.
