- Code in the Community: Young Singaporeans, especially from underprivileged backgrounds (diverse genders, ages, ethnicities).
- NEU PC Plus Programme: Students from low-income households and persons with disabilities; includes options for MOE-FAS and non-MOE-FAS students (see application forms).
- Collaborative Tuition Programme (CTP): School children needing help with English, Mathematics, or Science from families with per capita income of $1,200 and below.
- Homework Supervision Programme (HSP): Mentees are primary and secondary students; mentors are older youths pursuing tertiary education.
