MDAS' B-Hive programme supports people with muscular dystrophy to develop employability skills and secure suitable jobs. It provides training, peer support, and pathways to open, centre-based, or home-based employment.

Overview

The Empowerment programme by Muscular Dystrophy Association (Singapore) offers tailored support and developmental activities for individuals with Muscular Dystrophy (MD). It includes three key initiatives: COMPASS, targeting children and teens aged 7 to 18 with hands-on learning and workshops; BRIDGE, a transitional programme providing customised communication, life skills, and vocational training to prepare members for society and work; and B-HIVE, which equips members with skills for employment in various settings to foster self-worth, confidence, and financial independence.
