Overview
Care At Home Volunteers provide befriending services through home visitations to support the emotional and psychological well-being of elderly individuals.
Volunteers:
- Listen to concerns
- Offer assurance
- Conduct health monitoring (e.g., blood pressure and glucose checks) according to care plans
Chaperone assistance is also provided for frail and physically challenged elderly.
