Live On! is a fully funded suicide intervention programme providing counselling and support for youths aged 12 to 18 recently discharged from hospitals after suicidal crises, helping them manage emotions and build resilience.
Overview
Live On! is a suicide intervention programme by TOUCH Mental Wellness, designed in collaboration with the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) and selected hospitals to provide prompt and continuous mental wellness support for youths aged 12 to 18 who have been recently discharged from hospitals after experiencing suicidal thoughts or attempts. The programme offers individual counselling to help manage suicidal thoughts and build resilience, as well as family counselling to strengthen family support. It is fully funded and sessions are conducted weekly to monthly at TOUCH offices in Bukit Merah or Somerset. The programme is currently in a three-year pilot phase from 2022 to 2025.

Eligibility details
Youths aged 12 to 18 years old with direct referrals from the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH), or National University Hospital (NUH). Those without hospital referrals can contact TOUCH for alternative support options.
How to apply
Obtain a direct referral from IMH, KKH, or NUH. Upon referral, TOUCH professionals will contact the youth within five working days to explain the programme and arrange sessions. For those without referrals, email mentalhealth@touch.org.sg to inquire about other suitable programmes.
