  2. Complete the feedback/attendance form; provide your email to receive a PDF Counselling Request Form (or collect a printed form if attending in-person).
  3. Prepare and submit the Counselling Request Form together with the required supporting documents.
  4. CCS will call you to arrange an appointment once all documents are received.
  5. Attend the counselling session (about 1 hour), which may be individual or group, to assess payment capacity and discuss feasible solutions.
