Tung Ling Counselling Centre (TLCC), under Tung Ling Community Services (TLCS), provides affordable and professional clinical counselling services to individuals facing various mental health and emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma, self-esteem, and psycho-emotional issues. TLCS is a community outreach arm of Church of Singapore, offering holistic community services including elder care, student care, and family education, supported by volunteers. TLCC aims to empower individuals through goal-oriented counselling and mental health education to promote healing and restoration.
