Eligibility details

Eligible applicants are Not‑for‑Profit entities registered in Singapore as one of the following: (a) Society under the Registry of Societies (ROS); (b) Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) under ACRA; (c) Charitable Trust; or (d) Co‑operative registered with the Registry of Co‑operative Societies.

Projects must address longer‑term needs of vulnerable groups in Singapore in the domains of education, employment, or community well‑being. Funds may be used for programme-related costs (manpower, venue, transport, materials, logistics) and must not be given out as cash or vouchers to beneficiaries. Grantees must submit regular output and impact reports.

How to apply

  1. Submit a grant enquiry/Expression of Interest via the fund’s webpage by 24 April 2026.
  2. If aligned, you will be invited to submit a Concept Note.
  3. Only shortlisted applicants will receive the Fund Application Form.
  4. Complete and submit the Application Form by the stated deadline.
  5. Proposals are evaluated by a panel from FMAS and The Majurity Trust; outcomes are typically communicated within the indicated timeline.
  6. If approved, funding is disbursed in tranches tied to project milestones and reporting.
