Allkin Singapore offers community-based mental health and dementia services, from outreach and early detection to therapy, caregiver education, and support groups. Programmes support persons with mental health challenges and persons living with dementia, as well as their caregivers.

Community-based mental health and dementia support provided by Allkin Singapore, delivered through multiple teams and programmes that work with healthcare and community partners.
- Community outreach (CREST): Raises awareness of dementia and mental health, promotes early detection, provides emotional support, conducts preventive and cognitive-stimulating activities, and links people to suitable health and social care services.
- Post-Diagnostic Support (PDS-Dementia): Six-month support for persons newly diagnosed with dementia and their caregivers, including education on the condition, coordination of community resources, and early planning/management.
- Meeting Centre Support Programme (MCSP): Facilitated group sessions for persons with mild to early moderate dementia featuring psychosocial, physical, cognitive stimulation, and social activities (meets alternate Monday afternoons).
- Orientation Programme for Caregivers (OPCG): A 5-session series (twice yearly) covering understanding dementia, caregiving skills, coping strategies, Advance Care Planning and LPA, and community resources.
- Caregivers Strength Circle (CSC): Ongoing support group for caregivers of persons living with dementia to connect and organise interest-focused activities, with monthly gatherings and an annual celebration.
- Community Intervention Team (COMIT): Provides assessment, therapy, counselling, psychoeducation, case management, personalised care plans, and caregiver support/training; coordinates closely with polyclinics, GPs and community partners.
- Part of the national Community Mental Health Masterplan (MOH & AIC), enabling early, accessible care near home and sustained support in the community.

- Service areas: CREST focuses on Punggol Coast, Punggol Shore, Punggol West SMC, Compassvale, Rivervale, Pasir Ris East, Pasir Ris Central, Pasir Ris West, Teck Ghee, Bishan East, Sin Ming, Kebun Baru SMC, Marymount SMC. COMIT is open to residents in Ang Mo Kio, Sin Ming, Bishan, Hougang, Sengkang and Punggol.
