SINDA’s Legal Clinic offers free pro-bono legal consultations for low-income Indian individuals and families on personal and family-related matters. Lawyers explain procedures, terms, likely costs, and available support systems during monthly, appointment-only sessions.

Eligibility details

  • Indian individuals or families in need with a household income of $2,000 and below
  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
  • Queries must relate to personal or family matters (not business, corporate, or investment)
  • Clients must not have already sought legal advice on the matter and must not have engaged a lawyer

How to apply

Register with the SINDA Family Service Centre, then make an appointment (meetings are strictly by appointment). Contact SINDA by phone at 1800 295 3333, email queries@sinda.org.sg, or walk in/write to enquire. Legal Clinic sessions are held every second Thursday of each month.
