Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach (AGWO), a movement under Hope Initiative Alliance, provides holistic care and engagement for migrant workers in Singapore, particularly those living in dormitories and frequenting recreation centres.

• Regular outreach and engagement at dormitories and recreation centres, fostering community and social support
• Skills development and education, including the HeroCODE Safety Awareness Course on workplace and personal safety
• Mental wellness awareness initiatives to promote psychological wellbeing
