The counselling is conducted by qualified staff and volunteers experienced in counselling, social work, and psychology, using gay-affirmative and LGBTQ-affirming practices. Services address issues such as sexual orientation and gender identity, relationships, mental health, sexual health, personal challenges, and other concerns like intimate partner violence and addictions. Counselling is offered in a confidential and safe environment at their office or via secure online platforms. Fees apply to cover operating costs as the organization does not receive government funding. Appointments require an online request and have a waiting period of 1 to 2 months due to demand.
