Eligibility details
Beneficiaries include seniors, single mothers, and under-served individuals. Some programmes, such as Heartwarmers 100=50, require qualification as a low-income family. For other services, assessment by a social worker may be required to determine needs and eligibility.
How to apply
Approach SNM directly for assessment by a social worker. Referrals can also be made by community partners. For specific programmes, such as Heartwarmers 100=50, beneficiaries must qualify and attend the event at SNM’s Multi-Purpose Hall. Participation in digital clinics and vocational training is facilitated through SNM and its partners.
