Services include one-on-one meetings with Career Ambassadors and Career Coaches who offer personalized career advice, job matching, referrals, and workshops. The scheme also includes mobile outreach through Careers Connect On-the-Go and multiple Jobs and Skills Centres across Singapore offering face-to-face and virtual coaching. Career Matching Providers offer consultation services for unemployed and eligible jobseekers actively searching for jobs or recently retrenched. Workforce Singapore (WSG) facilitates these services to build a competitive and employable workforce.
