CREST-Youth (CARE4Uth) is a community mental health network by CARE Singapore for youths aged 12 to 25 and their parents/caregivers.

- Mental health awareness and education through assembly talks, group workshops, and outreach events
- Early recognition of mental health signs and symptoms, with screenings when required
- Basic emotional support and personalised guidance, including group activities to build confidence and resilience
