Counselling

Calvary Community Care (C3) provides affordable counselling services primarily for youths and young adults aged 12 to 40 years who face mental health issues, personal or interpersonal challenges. The service includes individual and couple counselling sessions, with further subsidies available for those needing financial assistance. C3 also offers clinical supervision services for practising counsellors and interns, and runs the ACE STAR programme in partnership with schools to support youths coping with emotional and psychological issues. The counselling is conducted by qualified counsellors using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Sessions are by appointment and can be face-to-face or online. C3 also supports families to improve communication and resolve conflicts, and provides guidance to parents to help engage their children in seeking help.
