Overview
The Debt Advisory Centre (DAC) by AMP Singapore is a one-stop service in Singapore offering one-to-one consultations, support groups, and financial literacy workshops to help individuals navigate and resolve debt problems.
DAC takes a three-pronged approach to help individuals facing debt issues (open to all races and religions):
- Advice: Provides a tailored roadmap outlining both in-house and external solutions for debtors, including emotional support group sessions.
- Educate: Conducts financial literacy workshops and seminars on debt management, borrower/lender rights, and bankruptcy.
- Research: Serves as a data-collection platform to study debt issues within the local community.
Types of Assistance:
- One-to-one consultation (open to public)
- Support group sessions (for registered clients only)
- Seminar & workshops (for registered clients only)
