Bursary for low-income Chinese students' schooling expenses.

Overview

The CDAC-SFCCA Bursary provides financial assistance to eligible students in primary, secondary, and SPED schools to help with schooling expenses.

Bursary Amounts:

  • $300 for Primary level
  • $480 for Secondary level / Integrated Programme (Year 1 to 4)

Applications are made online.

Bursaries are disbursed via PayNow, linked to the student's NRIC/BC number.

Eligibility details

  • Student must be a full-time MOE Primary, Secondary, or Integrated Programme (Year 1 to 4) student in a Government, Government-Aided, Autonomous, Independent, Specialised Independent, or SPED School.
  • One of the applicant's parents must be a Chinese Singapore Citizen or Chinese Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Family's gross monthly household income (before CPF) must not exceed $4,800, or per capita income must not exceed $1,400.
  • Applications for 2025 closed on 30 April 2025.

Apply online via the CDAC portal. Ensure PayNow is linked to the student's NRIC/BC number. For guardian/foster parent applications, call 6603 5555. Bursary is disbursed via PayNow. For appeals or enquiries, call 6603 5555 or email enquiries@cdac.org.sg.
