Overview
SAGE Counselling Centre’s Home Maintenance Services (HMS) provides free, basic home maintenance support to eligible seniors living in smaller HDB flats. The service aims to help older persons maintain a safe, functional living environment, thereby supporting independent living and improving quality of life.
- Focuses on seniors aged 60 and above who live in 1- to 3-room HDB flats
- Eases practical home upkeep challenges for low-income elders by offering no-cost basic maintenance
- Supports ageing-in-place by ensuring homes remain safe and livable

- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Currently receiving ComCare Assistance or holding a Blue CHAS Card (valid at time of application)
- Living in a 1- to 3-room HDB purchased or rental flat
- Aged 60 years old and above
