Epworth Community Services
Epworth HomeSweetHome
Epworth HomeSweetHome offers therapeutic residential care for abused children aged 7 to 12, using Trauma System Therapy to support recovery and reintegration into the community.
Overview
Epworth HomeSweetHome is Singapore's first Therapeutic Group Home established in 2013 in partnership with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). It provides stay-in treatment for children aged 7 to 12 who have experienced abuse, using the Trauma System Therapy (TST) model to address complex trauma and aggressive behaviour. The program aims to help children recover and develop healthy mental well-being through early and appropriate intervention, working alongside other professionals to meet all the children's needs and facilitate safe placements back into the community when ready.
