Preschool and kindergarten subsidies for Singapore Citizen children.
Overview
Singapore Citizen children enrolled in ECDA-licensed infant or childcare centres, and kindergartens operated by Anchor Operators or MOE, are eligible for government preschool subsidies.
The Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) provides additional subsidies for SC children in AOP and MOE kindergartens.
Private kindergarten enrollees are not eligible for KiFAS.

Eligibility details
Child must be a Singapore Citizen. Child must be enrolled in an ECDA-licensed infant or childcare centre, or in a kindergarten operated by an Anchor Operator (AOP) or the Ministry of Education (MOE). For KiFAS, child must be enrolled in AOP or MOE kindergarten. Children in private kindergartens are not eligible for KiFAS.
