Overview
- Bond-free scholarship supporting Singaporean ITE, Polytechnic, and University students from lower-income families to pursue full-time MOE-subsidised studies.
- Provides comprehensive financial support so recipients can focus on studies and community contribution, including tuition fees, monthly living allowance (S$350 for ITE; S$500 for Poly/University), and yearly book allowance (S$200 for ITE/Poly; S$500 for University).
- Encourages applicants who demonstrate community service, leadership, and strong CCA involvement, and offers support throughout the course of study.
- Mid-term applications are accepted, allowing current students to apply after starting their course.

Eligibility details
- Singapore citizen
- Full-time course at an MOE-recognised institution eligible for MOE tuition grant subsidy
- Household per capita income ≤ S$1,000 per month
- At least a B average in academic results
- Good track record in co-curricular activities (CCA)
- Demonstrated contributions in community work and leadership abilities
