Eligibility details
- Singapore Citizen residing in the North East District
- Per Capita Income (PCI) $2,300 and below, or a Blue or Orange CHAS cardholder
- Women aged 50 years and above
- Have not undergone a mammogram in the last 24 months
- No pre-existing breast conditions or breast implants in the past one year
•Qualify for Healthier SG Screening •Ambulant (Able to walk), not on wheelchair •Able to follow basic instructions
How to apply
Apply online via the North East Cancer Warrior Support Scheme page. For queries, email northeast_cdc@pa.gov.sg. Eligible applicants will be scheduled for a no-cost mammogram under the scheme; if diagnosed with breast cancer from this screening, the financial assistance components will be disbursed accordingly.
