Overview
Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) provides fee subsidies for children from lower-income working families enrolled in Student Care Centres (SCCs) registered with MSF.

- One-time Start-Up Grant (SUG) of up to $400 per child

Eligibility details
- Child must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (with at least one immediate family member in the same household who is a Singapore Citizen)
- Both parents must be working at least 56 hours a month
- Child must attend a Student Care Centre registered with MSF
- Monthly household income ≤ $4,500 or per capita income ≤ $1,125
- Family members include grandparents or siblings below 21 years old who live at the same address, are not working, and are Singaporean or PR
- Supporting documents required if unemployed or seeking work (e.g., proof of job search, medical letter/certificate)
