Overview
The Milk & Diapers Programme (MaD) provides monthly formula milk and diapers to infants and toddlers (birth to below 3 years old) from low-income families in Singapore.

How It Works:
- Volunteers deliver supplies directly to families
- Social support is provided during deliveries

Eligibility details
- Child is not more than 3 years old; vulnerable and at risk of not receiving sufficient nutrition.
- Families are low-income and facing stressful life challenges (e.g., unemployment, addiction, incarceration, illness).
- Families eligible for ComCare funding and/or fall below per capita income of $800 and/or living in public rental flats.
- Families seeking refuge in shelters due to domestic violence or other complexities.
- Families referred by Social Service Office, Family Service Centre, or established Social Service Agency, if they fit eligibility criteria.
- Only one child per family at any one time, maximum two per family.
How to apply
Applications are assessed by the MaD core team. Families may be referred by Social Service Office, Family Service Centre, or other social service agencies. For help or to apply, contact milk.n.diapers@ssvpltd.org.
