Anglican Cluster Operator (ACO) offers a range of eldercare services for seniors in:
- Jurong East
- Bukit Batok
- Rochor
- Kallang
- Novena
Services include:
- Case management
- Counselling
- Information and referral
- Emotional and mental health support
- Community engagement
- Basic nursing and home help
- Befriending
- Senior activity centres
Our aim is to help seniors with little or no family support to age-in-place and minimise avoidable hospitalisation or institutionalisation.

Seniors living in Jurong East, Bukit Batok, Rochor, Kallang, and Novena, especially those with little or no family support. Vulnerable, isolated, frail, or homebound seniors are prioritised.
