Renewals/extensions require supporting documents to confirm continued eligibility. The automated option is recommended for elderly persons or those without mobile/internet access.
How to apply
- Submit an application via the online portal (Apply Here: https://www.fffa-ims.org/). 2) Choose programme type: Automated monthly deliveries or App-Based ordering. 3) If App-Based, use the FFFA mobile app to select meals; delivery will be made within 7 working days after each order. 4) For renewals/extensions, the beneficiary or supporting Social Worker contacts FFFA Welfare Officers and provides supporting documents; no new online application is required.
