Reading Odyssey
Overview
A community movement dedicated to enabling children to read for meaning, knowledge, and understanding in hopes of empowering them to be lifelong learners through inter-agency collaborations and volunteers. Programme components include:
- Storytelling
- Cognitive games
- Guided Reading (children matched 1 to 1 with trained volunteers)
- Reflection with children
- Training, coaching and consultation
