PPIS Vista Sakinah specialises in supporting remarriages and stepfamilies through:
- Marriage preparation courses
- Private consultations
- Workshops
- Enrichment activities for children
The centre helps couples and stepfamilies build resilience, peace, and harmony in blended family life.
Guidance is also provided for children to adjust to new family dynamics.
Programmes are fully funded by MSF and include:
- Support for Singaporeans marrying foreigners
- Assistance for those applying for LTVP

Eligibility details
Local Singaporean couples and international couples (Singaporeans marrying foreigners and/or applying for Long-term Visit Pass [LTVP]) are eligible. Registration for Program Memupuk Kasih™ is encouraged at least 3 months before marriage. No payment required as fees are fully funded by MSF.
How to apply
Couples can register for Program Memupuk Kasih™ at least 3 months before their marriage date. Contact PPIS Vista Sakinah via phone or email for registration and enquiries. Private consultations and workshops are available by appointment. Some cases may be referred by Syariah Court or other agencies.
