Anyone who witnesses or suspects animal cruelty or neglect can report. Evidence (photos/videos) and the address are required for investigation. Consent to personal data processing is needed for investigation purposes.
How to apply
For emergencies, call SPCA's 24/7 hotline (6287 5355 Ext. 9) and/or the police (999). For non-emergencies, fill in the online cruelty complaint form and upload evidence. Forward images/videos to inspector@spca.org.sg. Witnesses may need to provide testimony if required.
