Tzu Chi Mission of Charity provides medical assistance to needy individuals, especially those affected by illness or disability, through:

Eligibility details
Needy individuals, including Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, who are affected by illness or disability and require medical assistance. Renal patients must be assessed and referred by medical social workers or Sengkang General Hospital for specific programmes. Elderly kidney failure patients (age 60 and above) are eligible for the Renal Conservative Care Programme.
How to apply
Patients may apply for assistance through medical social workers. For the Renal Conservative Care Programme, referrals are made by Sengkang General Hospital. Tzu Chi home visit teams will assess each case before support is provided.
