ACMI’s Skills Development provides weekend vocational and language courses for migrants in Singapore, enhancing practical skills, confidence, and community ties. Programmes span English, Mandarin, computing, business, caregiving, and various interest classes.

The Archdiocesan Commission for the Pastoral Care of Migrants & Itinerant People (ACMI) supports all migrants in Singapore by providing:

Eligibility details
Migrants living in Singapore. Some courses require prerequisites such as completion of earlier English levels, an English assessment test, or minimum 2 years of working experience (e.g., English Beginner 2 required for certain classes; Basic Computer & Word required for Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel for Web Design & Canva).
