Eligibility details
SCSP: Community cat feeders aged 18 and above. Cats in HDB estates: free sterilisation. Cats in industrial/private estates/farms: $25 fee. Appointment required. Bring original NRIC/passport and supporting address info. Owned pets: Only for low-income families with proof of financial aid (e.g. MSF, ComCare, Medaki, Sinda, MUIS, CDAC letter). Charges apply. No walk-ins; no hospitalisation services.
How to apply
Book an appointment online for sterilisation. For SCSP, provide full name, address, NRIC/FIN, contact number, and cat's neighbourhood. Bring identification on surgery day. For owned pets from low-income families, apply online and include a support letter showing financial aid. To cancel/reschedule, call 6287 5355 Ext. 14 or email clinic@spca.org.sg at least 24 hours in advance.
