The SAVH Library Services Centre provides accessible reading materials for individuals who are blind or visually impaired registered with the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH).

- Supports home access through mail delivery of books, with postage for the blind provided free of charge
- Operates Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm, with a dedicated librarian contact for assistance

Individuals who are blind or visually impaired and registered with the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH). The library serves members, including those unable to read printed materials.

Register with SAVH as a member/client with the online form at https://savh.org.sg/savh-membership/. To borrow, visit the Library Services Centre during operating hours or request books to be mailed to your home (postage for the blind is free).
