Eligibility details
- At least one immediate family member in the household must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Monthly household income per capita of $800 and below
How to apply
Apply at your nearest Social Service Office, Community Centre, Community Club, through a Grassroots Leader, Family Service Centre (for FSC clients), or Transitional Shelter (for TS clients). You may also contact the ComCare Hotline (1800 222 0000) or email Ask_SSO@msf.gov.sg.
