Centre-based activities for seniors to stay active.

Overview

Active Ageing Centres (AACs) offer a range of centre-based and community-based activities for seniors, including:

  • Workshops
  • Music groups
  • Exercise sessions
  • Games
  • Health screenings
  • Physiotherapy support

The initiative aims to:

  • Keep seniors physically and mentally active
  • Help them connect with others
  • Support their right to age gracefully

Programmes are aligned with:

  • Healthier SG
  • Age Well SG initiatives

AACs are available at five centres in central and northern Singapore.

Eligibility details

Aged 60 and above. Residential address must be within the boundaries of any of the five AACs: TOUCHpoint@AMK 433, TOUCHpoint@Geylang Bahru, TOUCHpoint@Yishun 162, TOUCHpoint@Yishun 436, TOUCHpoint@Wellington 513.

Visit the AAC nearest to your residence to explore activities and join programmes. Contact the centre to find out costs and scheduling for preferred activities.
