The NUS Care Unit (NCU) provides confidential, coordinated support for NUS students and staff affected by sexual misconduct, including bystanders and witnesses.

- Dedicated Care Managers who provide personalised case management and navigation of on-campus and external support systems
- Confidential options counselling to explore support, medical, and reporting pathways at your own pace
- Emotional and psychological support, with referrals to counselling and mental health services (e.g., University Counselling Services, external providers)
- Information on immediate safety, medical attention, and reporting to campus security or the police
- Linkage to on-campus hotlines and services (Lifeline NUS, UCS, NUSHeart for staff, Intellect app) and off-campus resources
- Guidance on processes related to sexual misconduct, including safety measures and institutional procedures
This service aims to help individuals regain control and access the right care after incidents of sexual harassment, stalking, relationship violence, or sexual assault.

NUS students and NUS staff who have been affected by sexual misconduct (including sexual harassment, stalking, relationship violence, or sexual assault), as well as bystanders and witnesses. Some linked services (e.g., NUSHeart) are for NUS staff only.
