StrokeConnect is a peer-led helpline by the Singapore National Stroke Association that provides emotional support, information, and referrals to stroke survivors and caregivers. Trained befrienders with lived experience guide callers to suitable SNSA programmes and community resources.

- Helps callers understand available SNSA programmes and links them to the most suitable options

- Non-clinical, non-medical support; focuses on sharing experiences, practical guidance, and referrals
- Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
- Brochures available in English and Chinese
