Overview
SAMH Creative Hub, provided by the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH), offers a range of creative therapeutic services using visual arts, writing, music, and dance to promote mental wellness and support individuals of all ages. The hub provides creative therapeutic interventions, art therapy, dance and movement therapy, somatic experiencing, play therapy, counselling with creative approaches, workshops, talks, and community outreach events. These services aim to improve quality of life, relieve stress, encourage mental health awareness, and reduce stigma for persons in recovery from mental illness. The services are open to the public and include individual and group sessions, as well as personalized opportunities such as artist development and volunteering.

Services are open to the public for participants of all ages. An intake chat is required to better understand the participant before joining activities. Some personalized opportunities may be available for clients known to SAMH's case management team.
