We Care Addiction Counselling Services

WE CARE Community Services offers counselling and treatment programmes for all forms of addiction, supporting individuals and families through individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Services are accessible to the public with subsidised rates for eligible clients.

Overview

WE CARE Community Services provides comprehensive counselling and treatment programmes for individuals struggling with various forms of addiction including drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, gaming, internet, compulsive shopping, and shoplifting. Services include individual, family, and group therapy conducted by trained addiction specialists. The centre also offers specialized programmes such as Quit Vape Programme, Atypical Theft Offending Programme, Gambling Recovery Intervention Programme, Substance or Alcohol Recovery Programme, Sex, Porn, Love Addiction Recovery Programme, and Internet & Gaming Addiction Intervention Programme. Support is extended to family members and caregivers to help them manage the impact of addiction. Counselling fees are charged on a sliding scale, with subsidies available for Singaporeans and PRs. The service is open to all members of the public and accepts referrals from various agencies.

Open to all members of the public including Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and foreigners. Referrals accepted from partner agencies, hospitals, Community Court, Singapore Prison Service, Family Service Centres, and other community organisations. Specific programmes like the Quit Vape Programme have subsidised sessions for Singaporeans and PRs.

How to apply

To apply, individuals can make an appointment by calling 3165 8017 or emailing help@wecare.org.sg. Referrals can be made by social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, or professional helpers through a referral form available on the WE CARE website. Initial intake sessions with a counsellor are required for group therapy participation.
