Employability and Employment Centre (E2C)

Autism-focused employment and training centre in Singapore.

Overview

The Employability & Employment Centre (E2C) is Singapore's first autism-focused centre dedicated to helping adults with autism gain employability skills and secure meaningful employment.

E2C offers a structured 5-stage programme:

  • Assessment
  • Vocational Training
  • Job Placement
  • Ongoing Workplace Support

Job coaches use autism-friendly strategies and work closely with employers to ensure successful integration and long-term employment.

Employers receive support at no extra cost, and E2C can tap on financial support schemes for workplace modifications and training.
