Overview
CFL Pro-Bono Counselling offers free counselling services to anyone in need—regardless of faith, marital status, or sexuality.
Our team consists of professionally trained counsellors and hotline staff, providing support for a wide range of individual, relational, and mental health issues.
Counselling is available both online via Zoom and face-to-face at multiple service locations across Singapore.
To book a session, please complete our registration form. Parental consent is required for clients below 21 years old.

Anyone in need of counselling support is eligible. For clients below 21 years old, parental consent is required.
How to apply
New clients should complete the registration form to book a session; the call centre will contact you to schedule an appointment. Couples must submit separate forms and indicate their partner's name. Returning clients use the link sent to their email for follow-up sessions. General enquiries can be made by calling 66318963 (Mon-Fri, 12pm-4pm) or emailing pbc@familylife.sg.
