Community Outreach Programme for the Elderly (COPE) engages seniors in Singapore’s South East District through home visits and centre-based social activities, delivered by partner organisations and volunteers. It promotes social connection, supports vulnerable seniors, and strengthens community networks.

Overview

HARP (Henderson Aged Reachout Programme) conducts weekly activities for senior citizens living around Bukit Merah.

The programme also provides affordable meals for needy elderly every Saturday.

Eligibility details

Primary beneficiaries: Elderly residents (especially those in one- to three-room HDB flats) living in the South East District. Programme delivery is exclusively through invited partner organisations within the South East District (by invitation-only).
