Overview

Gracehaven, operated by The Salvation Army Singapore, provides care, protection, and rehabilitation for children and youth who lack parental supervision, exhibit risk behaviours, or come from broken families. The scheme offers individualized care plans, case management, academic mentoring, aftercare services, and various recreational and arts programmes to build resilience and positive values. It also includes an Interim Placement and Assessment Centre for temporary care of children under child protection until suitable placement is found. The goal is to support residents and their families towards successful family reunification.
